SAS was founded by Fr. Benjamin Stolke a Diocesan priest under the French Missionaries from Paris. In the early 40's the Parish changed hands to the Catholic priests of St. Maurice, Switzerland. The newcomers were very supportive of Fr. Stolke's vision and provided assistance to build and maintain the new school.
Today St. Augustine's School has a reputation of being one of the most sought after educational institutions of this region. The vision lives on.
